Based in a fantasy world set in Medieval Europe, where historic characters from mythology and Norse saga are brought together, in Runespell you play the part of Changeling, the son of a monster God, looking for his nemesis. Your mission isn't easy, and on your travels you have to confront and defeat more than thirty types of monsters, using your cards.

Choose those cards well, use your power-ups and convert your enemies into allies or pets who accompany you on your eternal voyage. As you emerge victorious from battle, you unblock new places and discover the story which is definitely original. To add more excitment, Runespell: Overture includes a system of on-line competition scores and tables so you can compare yourself with other players.
